We offer different rates of delivery based on what you order, how much your order costs and where you are delivering to. Check out our simple chart below to see which postage band applies to your order. And don't worry, our system automatically chooses the cheapest postage available for your order.
Please note your final shipping charges cannot be calculated (or shown in your basket) until you have registered and logged in, because only then do we know where your order is going to be sent to. Until then you can view a summary of our rates below.
Click & Collect
Orders can be collected free of charge from our North Leicester Distribution Centre or Click & Collect Partners.
If you would like to Click & Collect your order just place you order online and select collection from the relevant location when you are checking out.
We visit our Click & Collect partners once a week on the day shown at each location, so may have to wait up until a week for your order to reach its collection point.
Delivery & Construction
Unless specified on the product page, all of our furniture and structures come unassembled and in their transport packaging. Items will be delivery to the front door or nearest kerbside depending on the size of item and courier used.
On the majority of items we can arrange for your item to be delivered by a special courier who will unpack the item, remove the packaging, take the item to a location required inside or in the garden and optionally construct the furniture. There is an additional cost for this service which can vary depending on the size of the item and postcode of the delivery location. Next Day / Urgent Delivery (England and Wales)

Saturday Delivery
Our weekend delivery service is only available in England & Wales. We can also only offer weekend delivery for orders delivered by courier. For large orders and those delivered by pallet we offer weekend deliveries by quotation only.

Signing for your order
All deliveries will require a signature. You should check that you have received the correct number of parcels before signing for the order.
If you are missing parcels only sign for the ones that you have received. If the boxes appear damaged in anyway you should sign for them as damaged or refuse them.
